Chris Whitcoe

Electrical Engineer
1995 WISE Alumni

As engineers, we are often in a position of having to overcome our stereotypes. The WISE program is an excellent way of differentiating us from other applicants on the job market.

I have personally found myself describing my WISE experience countless times throughout the years since I participated in 1995. It makes for an excellent diversion in standard interview topics, and allows me to discuss a side of me that is unique.

Not to mention, the program was super fun. The insights into our working government were absolutely fascinating. I also attended a lecture on the future of technology that helped me shape my career decisions ever since.
