  • Dean Case, WISE 1985

My WISE summer was fantastic. There were relatively few “car people” in DC back in 1985, but when I found them, they were amazingly helpful. Publishing my WISE paper with SAE really helped my job search as I sent the paper with my resumes — being published as a student was rare in ’85. Now, when I give careers talks to Formula SAE and Baja SAE teams, I encourage students to apply to WISE. This is a great program.
